The robot handles the conversation. The terms still have your name on the paperwork.

Section 2.7 of the Grok Bot terms makes the customer "the caller of record and solely responsible" for calls, including compliance with calling and recording laws. In plain words: delegating the talking does not transfer your responsibilities under those terms.

Customers also agree to cover the provider against claims arising from their calls.
