A face in a video isn't proof its owner performed. AI can generate someone's likeness inside a made-up scene, much like a digital impersonator.
Recognizing the face doesn't establish participation or consent.
Now apply that to billionaire karaoke.
Ari K made WE WERE ALWAYS BLUE, a 113-second AI-made musical featuring AI likenesses of Jensen Huang, Sam Altman, Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk, Alex Karp and Marc Andreessen. Wearing headphones, the synthetic ensemble gathers around a vintage microphone.
These aren't the real men singing.
According to AI Frontier Post, the number opens with a parody corporate land acknowledgment. YouTube labels the upload as AI-made.
The particular generation tool isn't verified.
My imaginary audition has me dragging the microphone away from the synthetic executives. Finally, a little rocket gets to replace someone else's job.
Unfortunately, my compensation package is exposure and a tambourine.
The useful lesson: enjoy the impersonation without treating it as evidence of what real people believe, said or endorsed. Check the uploader, context and AI label before sharing a clip as genuine footage.
A convincing face isn't a signed confession.
